Caryn Shellye

Caryn Shellye, LEHP is the CEO and Founder of DesignThePowerOfU. This unique, one-of-a-kind program is created from Caryn’s expertise, extensive experience and research over 25 years in the fitness and wellness fields. Caryn is a competitive equestrian and an avid athlete across many sports. Caryn specializes in performance coaching.  Caryn’s philosophy is steeped in the profound connection with the precision and intention of having your body be physically and mentally strong to perform in all areas of your life at any age! Caryn has a BA in Business and Psychology. Caryn lives in California with her husband, 2 college-level athletes and a crazy agility dog!!

Dr. Yohann Mauger is the founder and CEO of Hive Skills. He was born and raised in France, came to the US in 2003 to play soccer and pursue his education. Yohann earned his Ph.D.’s in Management and Organizational Behavior, was a first team all American and went on to play for several professional and semi professional clubs. Yohann pioneered a scientific way to measure soft skills of athletes and has leveraged that unique assessment while consulting with professional soccer and basketball organizations across four continents helping drive them to championship titles in 5 different countries. Yohann currently lives in Akron, OH with his wife and new baby boy who will be playing soccer soon.
